the location allowed excellent car access and a quick ten minute walk into the city center. i found a coffee machine and kettle in the room, convenient. my room on the top floor provided a great view of the mountains and the river.
during registration, it became apparent that there were no free spaces in the garage, and i would have had to find parking myself. the staff showed a lack of concern regarding this issue.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The fitness area left something to be desired. Just a few machines meant it was difficult to get a good workout. I also had some issues with the room service! It took a long time for my order to arrive, and when it did, it wasn't what I expected. I think they need to improve the options and speed up the delivery.

The location offered easy access to public transport.
The room cleaning schedule was quite odd. Despite putting out the 'do not disturb' sign for a nap, the staff assumed we didn't want the room cleaned at all for days. Even after requesting a cleaning in the morning, it wasn't done by afternoon. I eventually had to get a bit upset before a supervisor was, more drama than I anticipated.

The air conditioning was not effective enough. The room remained quite warm even with it running constantly. i also noticed a strange smell in the bathroom on arrival. the smell was pungent, ineffective air conditioning

I was charmed by the fitness room. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the afternoon and evening bar staff were pleasant and attentive. I especially enjoyed the variety of drinks offered. i found the location convenient with public transport options very close. the restaurant being open for more than just breakfast was a good surprise.

The superior room had a seating area and a desk. the beds were comfortable. slippers and robes were a nice touch, and the large bathroom had everything i needed. It was nice to have those added extras.

The location was quite convenient, and i found a supermarket just downstairs. the breakfast selection impressed me. It was really good!
My room's air conditioning didn't seem to cool much. It felt more like just a fan. also, i noticed a broken trashcan lid in the bathroom. Twice.
