dirty shower mosquito infestation

The room was NOT clean. stains COVERED the floor and walls. the shower was dirty. BUGS posed a BIG issue. the bathroom swarmed with mosquitos despite staff intervention. This problem remained UNRESOLVED due to poor design. i received a MONUMENTAL amount of bites. this.

Our beachfront villa was beautifully designed. It featured thoughtful lighting and multiple cozy lounging areas. The view was perfect. Breakfast was made to order every day. We enjoyed lunch in the restaurant a few days. The wine list offered great choices.

The sunbeds are very heavy and difficult to move.

The breakfast included some quality choices I liked.

My room was next to a noisy service area I did not appreciate. Staff started early and made sleep difficult. I probably would not stay here again due to this.

The beachfront suite was heaven, our silver wedding anniversary was celebrated beautifully here. the views of the beach are amazing, especially from the pool bar. the staff paid careful attention to us, especially Oliver, Am, and New. Their recommendations and friendliness.
