spacious room separate shower limited options beach chairs
the room was very spacious. i had a bathtub and a separate shower in my bathroom (which was great!).
the breakfast wasn't great (very limited options). also, the beach chairs had many towels on them early in the morning, so it was hard to find a place.

Excellent Getaway at a Gorgeous Krabi RESORT
fine villa really good views attentive staff
I was upgraded to a fine villa near the pool, A SUPER surprise! The pool offers really good views. I swam laps every morning. Staff are attentive. They helped me book island tours at great prices.
The gym is small , it could use a little more equipment for a full workout.

The hotel featured lush tropical gardens, it created a serene atmosphere. The pool area was large and well-kept. I enjoyed a refreshing swim. There were steps leading down to the beach, IT provided easy access to the sea.

Breakfast offered MANY fresh fruit plates that I enjoyed. The restaurant provided amazing sea views, I SAW nearby islands while dining. The Thai cuisine was top-quality. I liked the green curry.

The staff helped organize excursions with the best companies, THEY ensured smooth experiences. They made vegan breakfast ON request , it was delicious. The reception desk booked excursions at very correct prices.

day trip thai food villa upgrade
i enjoyed the hotel's day trip options! they made it easy to explore the surrounding islands by boat. we had amazing thai food during all four nights of our stay. i was surprised with a villa upgrade upon arrival!
The hotel could improve currency exchange availability. I had to walk 15 minutes in the sun to find a booth.

the hotel's location provides beautiful views from the restaurant and pool area. it is right on the beachfront and has many nearby restaurants to visit. a private long boat to hong island is easily accessible.

the staff was friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any needs i had. they offerred superb service and upgraded the complimentary cold water in both the room and at the beach. i was very impressed with their overall attentiveness.

the hotel features spacious rooms equipped with two sinks and ample storage! the bathtub includes a sky window. kayaks are available for guest use at no extra charge. the pool is large and perfect for a relaxing swim.

breakfast provided many delicious food choices each morning. the grilled sea bass on the "western" menu was AMAZING!!! breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served overlooking the beach. i loved the quality of food on offer.
