Everything was amazing. The room had an extra size. The bed was very comfortable! The rooftop bar with its pool was a big plus. Staff members are so nice and friendly. They helped with everything I needed!

The check-in process was a bit long, involving quite a few papers to sign before getting to my room, but it was manageable.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety. The coffee was great, really starting my days off right. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit selection. It was a healthy option.

The towel in my room had a small tear. I also noticed the gym equipment could use an update. Only one treadmill was fully functional. The rooftop pool got crowded quickly! Securing a lounger was quite difficult after midday. The breakfast buffet lacked sufficient variety for a longer stay.

i found the location super convenient, especially its proximity to the night market and bangla road. the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, with a bar right there! the service was attentive too. i liked the gym because it was a good size, and the restaurant was very convenient.

The only small issue was the initial document at check-in about potential damage. It felt a bit stringent but it's understandable.

the hotel's location was a close walk to the main strip of shops and restaurants, but far enough to avoid the bustle. the walk to the beach went through all the action, i stopped for a fresh smoothie along the way. it was amazing!!!

the rooftop pool had great views and a stocked bar, i found the vibes very cool there. the gym also had all equipment, this was a nice addition, it helped to keep my fitness routine during my vacations.
