The breakfast was acceptable. there were enough options. I didn't starve anyway.
The spa looked tired. The steam room hardly produced any steam at all. also, some showers were out of order. i seemed like i should have asked for a refund since the spa access was included, but i didn't. the cocktails weren't great either. They seemed watered down, twice.

the suite was fairly big and included a microwave, a fridge and a sink.
the experience hinged on the room assigned. the room i had was near the restaurant, i noticed strong cooking smells in the evening. the constant odors became quite bothersome (not exactly what you want on holiday).

The recently refurbished golf view room was amazing with its private sunbeds. it offered fantastic views of maspalomas. the staff kept the hotel spotlessly clean. They were always available to answer questions. i also had a massage and used the spa. It maintained the same very high standard.
i could hear it around the pool and in hotel rooms.

the breakfast was very good, with an extensive selection available. there was an extended spanish breakfast available, including omelets and fresh juices. sparkling wine accompanied breakfast.

The hotel had a gym and a pool area that i liked. it included direct access to the pool from the room. i even used the sauna and the steaming room. An indoor pool was available also.

Really good staff worked in reception and cleaning. nestor and vicky helped me with laptop connectivity issues. i am grateful for their efforts. They were very helpful.
