The rooftop pool was heated. The gym offer a view of the ocean. Breakfast included many choices and the seating system works well. The hotel feature direct access to the beach .
The hotel did not supply shampoo or conditioner in the room. There were only two glass bottles upon arrival. It was necessary to buy plastic bottles of water.

The front desk was friendly and efficient for check in. I spoke to Nestor at reception and he was helpful. The hotel staff maintained the hotel super clean and in good order which I noticed.

The location was superb, directly on the promenade with easy beach access. i appreciated the rooftop pool area. It was clean and offered fantastic city views. the breakfast buffet included many choices. I found the fresh fruit selection quite satisfying.
i noticed limited english tv channels , only a minor inconvenience.

this hotel has my favourite location. the hotel sits right on the main promenade, and there are restaurants and bars nearby. the staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. i liked spending my days next to the rooftop pool and having a piña colada.

the reception staff is helpful and very friendly. i found that the restaurant staff was polite and attentive. one staff member, ghanag, was always smiling and courteous (very nice).
