the staff were very friendly and helpful. i also found the breakfast to be great with a lot of variety, it felt quite special! our villa was fine, it had a heated private pool with night lighting.

The road outside was quite busy at times. It was a slight negative. room service was poor and i had to send our meal back to the kitchen because it was cold. i found out about other hot options later.
