the staff were helpful . i especially appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided in the room, including shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. i also found the coffee and fridge in the room to be useful additions.
the room i had was quite small for the price i paid. it was difficult to move around freely with my luggage.

The check-in process was simple. Staff members were helpful. The location proved convenient to nearby shops. Public transport was close, made getting around easy. I found the room cute and well-decorated. The bed offered good comfort.
The air conditioning system seemed slightly insufficient. This led to the room feeling a bit stuffy at times. I would have liked the room to be a little cooler.
