The location worked really well for me. It was right in the middle of everything. i found the staff friendly and helpful when i used the kiosk to check in (it was a little tricky!). i liked that the hotel and the room itself were clean. the beds were comfortable.
the parking garage was a bit far, and the elevators were slow (it wasn't a huge deal, but it added some time).

there are many choices for meals close to the hotel, including several restaurants in the adjacent promenade and also many different options within walking distance. it is nice to be near so much variety.

the hotel offers a pool, though i didn't have time to use it. the adjacent promenade is a real plus, providing quick access to attractions and shops. the high roller observation wheel and zipline are nearby too.

The location is unbeatable , sitting right in the center of the Strip. Self check-in was fast , and staff were readily available to help when needed. I found the desk area in my room very useful.
The room could have been cleaner. I noticed someone else's hair on the bathroom floor and counter. Also , I think parking should be free for hotel guests.

I found the location to be a big plus. The hotel's proximity to local attractions proved very convenient. I really appreciated the well kept condition of my room. I liked that the air conditioning was very effective and quiet.
I did not like the fire alarm that went off one morning. It was cancelled a few minutes later though.

my stay lasted three nights. the location made it easy to access nearby attractions. the staff i encountered were consistently helpful and professional. i found the hotel offered reasonable rates for the area.
the provided wifi access was limited to only two devices. additional devices required a fee. this felt restrictive given the number of guests in our party.

I used the simple check in kiosks. It made my arrival easy! the room included a large shower head. It was super relaxing. housekeeping responded quickly when i made requests. They were very attentive.

As a solo traveller, I safe area here. I appreciate the shops, dining and activities in close proximity. The promenade provided everything I needed. The tours had pickup points in close proximity to the front door.
The hotel thought it was a great idea to replace receptionists with check-in machines. The machines did not work correctly. I still had to come to receptionwith only two people who spent more time walking busily from reception to staff room than working with clients. After waiting 50 minutes, I was finally checked in. People with cars should be prepared that the parking might be full. You may pay an extra 20$.
