I appreciated the helpful and friendly hotel staff , they went out of their way to assist me. The location was excellent , close to Wynyard station. The beds were very comfortable. the availability of a pillow menu was a bonus. The facilities and on-site restaurant added extra value to my stay.

The location proved excellent for accessing the Quay.
The air conditioning did not adequately cool the room. Despite continuous operation the temperature never dropped below 23.5 degrees. I found this too warm for sleeping, and a king bed would have been better.
