helpful staff super clean room
the staff were helpful. they accommodated my request for an extra night upon my early arrival. the room was super clean and matched my expectations.
i found the darkness throughout the hotel a bit much. it was sometimes difficult to get ready in the room due to insufficient lighting. this impacted my overall experience slightly.

dog-friendly service intimate design quiet nights
The atelier suite was beautiful, a true sanctuary. the design felt intimate and so very quiet at night. the dog-friendly service warmed my heart. Every interaction felt genuine and kind.
the self-parking area felt a little far from the elevators.

comfy beds smooth experience led bulb improper cleaning
the check in experience were smooth and simple. i really liked our room, it was spacious and beautifully decorated. the comfy beds were so good, i slept so soundly.
my room wasnt cleaned properly one day and i had to call guest services. a non-dimmable led bulb caused flickering, it was annoying.
