Check-in at the kiosk was very fast! The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept soundly. Housekeeping was also great.

The bathroom in the room was small. The shower sprayed water everywhere. A small glass partition provided little protection, and there was no shower curtain to contain the water.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel location provided easy access to the monorail station. I liked having multiple dining options in the food court.

I had a slight issue with the bathroom sink. It drained slowly.

checking in was quick and easy. the staff was very friendly. the room was very spacious for my needs. the staff was very helpful with additional things i needed in the room.

i found our room to not be very clean on arrival. there was small plastic trash in the sink. the comforter had small dirt stains.

my valley tower beautiful room 2 queen beds non-smoking had a lot of space, it was nice. the bathroom sink had counter space for my toiletries, very convenient. i found the ice machine to be useful for keeping drinks cold.

i noticed the resort fees added a significant cost at check-in.

the staff was friendly and facility was easy to navigate.

my room did smell musty when i check in. the air conditioning was poor, it not cool the room well. towels was not enough, i needed more.
