unresolved issue wrong room
The breakfast selection was extensive and I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of food on offer.
The room I booked nearly a year in advance was not the room I received, and the staff denied all knowledge of my request. They just seemed uninterested in resolving the issue.

delighted stay!

perfect view tasty breakfast
I enjoyed the perfect view from my ocean-facing room. It was fabulous. the breakfast had a tasty selection of items. the staff was excellent. They were so friendly and cute and looked after me very well.
I found the location a bit far from the city center's activities. the room required some maintenance. The door needed fixing. It was disappointing.

The pool area features four different pools. One caters exclusively to adults, while the other three vary in size. i noticed ample space around the pools. Available beds meant there was no need to worry about finding a spot.

The hotel sits conveniently across from the beach, offering a superb backdrop with table mountain and the apostles. this positioning guarantees the scenery changes constantly. It makes for a dynamic and visually pleasing experience from morning to sunset.

The staff greeted me with smiles, from the front desk to the restaurant. It set a positive tone. the staff went out of their way to help with lost luggage. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

Eating areas offered a good choice, and the twice weekly barbecue nights were excellent. i found the hotel should promote the barbecue nights better. It seemed quiet, and many guests were unaware of the event.

great choice cheese plate good server
i stayed for a few nights and i found breakfast was amazing. it had a buffet with lots of choices and servers was very good. i got a welcome birthday gift in my room with wine and a cheese plate.

Service Inconsistencies at Beachfront Hotel

slow service stale eggs
The location across from the beach is quite convenient.
I noticed some inconsistencies in service. Breakfast service was slow, and requests often went unfulfilled. The staff looked disengaged and seemed to avoid eye contact with guests . the scrambled eggs were stale. The same bacon and sausage were served daily.
