amazing birthday stay!

i had my daughter's birthday here, as they offer a nice movie and lunch package. the private screening in their art deco movie theatre was easy to arrange. nothing was too much trouble, and the children had a wonderful time. a very sweet touch was a goodie bag and cake for my daughter upon arrival in our room to wish her happy birthday! room service for our dinner and breakfast the next morning was superb.

breakfast had many choices available and seemed high quality, the pasta night at ruby's cafe was great. copa restaurant offered christmas day buffet, including salads, meats, and desserts. room service was prompt and offered superb meals.

our room had good size, cleanliness and thoughtful decorations. a sweet touch, there was a goodie bag and cake for my daughter. the rooms include useful features like a fridge and microwave (i wish there had been utensils).

the location is close to amenities.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Our room faced the back, bars operated until 4 a.m., causing significant noise. the swimming pool was very small and not well-kept, with only four sunbeds and no side tables. it hardly seemed like a 5-star experience.

charl assisted quickly with everything. he is a great resource for local ideas. mila and michelle were also amazing assets to the hotel. i love that!
it was noisy and unattractive. the receptionist could have been friendlier at check-in.. not even a drink offered. spa access restrictions applied. Under 16s weren't allowed for any treatments.
