I found the breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options. The hotel also provides a shuttle to the waterfront, which offers convenient access to other transport options. The rooms are a great size and very clean.
I noticed that the carpets are throughout the hotel, this is not ideal for all travellers.

The hotel is located a short, safe walk from the Waterfront. A complimentary shuttle service to the Waterfront also runs regularly. This made exploring the area easy and convenient (a big plus!).

The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The front desk was cute, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. I particularly appreciated the concierge's assistance with arranging transportation.

the breakfast had an awesome and vast variety on offer.
i was disappointed with the pool service. the waitress forgot one of our main dishes and also a screw was found in a cocktail (i wonder if their equipment is serviced at all?). i reported it to reception, and they seemed shocked.

The shuttle service to the waterfront was very convenient. The breakfast selection included a variety of choices and freshly cooked eggs. I found the on-site spa provided a relaxing experience. Pool towels and SPF were available. It was a thoughtful addition .
I requested an iron twice. It took a while to arrive. I reported an issue with the air conditioning. I expected a quicker response given the room rate.

the staff at reception were friendly, made the check-in process smooth.
I found the bar service slow. Drinks took a long time to arrive. there was often a delay, and sometimes my order was incorrect. this happened multiple times, impacting the overall experience and my satisfaction.

the sink in the bathroom was clogged during my entire stay i couldn't use it properly this was really annoying the tv channels also had poor connection it was hard to watch anything the window in the bathroom was dirty it obstructed the view
