The hotel provides a place to store luggage arriving before check-in. the amenities were a very welcome touch! the location is great. It is just behind the shinjuku gyoen national garden. i appreciated the proximity to the train station and convenience stores.
the temperature control was switched to a centralized system . i was told to open a window for cool air, or use a portable ac unit that required constant refilling. this was inconvenient since the room was already small.

The room was quite small. There was also an issue with the air conditioning. The room was too warm and adjusting the temperature controls did not seem to help at all.

My friend recommended this hotel, and i appreciated the accessible location near several train lines (it made getting around simple). i found the facilities well kept and the public baths provided a relaxing end to each day. luggage storage was available. I used it both before check-in and after check-out.
the room was quite small, made maneuvering with luggage a little challenging (but i knew what to expect in advance).
