i appreciated the superb complementary vanity kit in my room. it contained a full skincare pack including cleanser, moisturiser, toner, serum and a packed face towel. the hotel provided passcard locked doors for easy access from multiple entrances, ensuring security.
The mini bar fridge had limited options. It lacked non-alcoholic drinks and milk.

the breakfast buffet on the 4th floor was enjoyable, especially the japanese-style breakfast. the restaurant's atmosphere is very pleasant. i appreciated the convenient location, even though the station is a bit of a maze. i had to walk around a bit to find my way.
i was there because of the typhoon, so i wanted to extend my trip by a day. arranging this with the front desk was painful. first, they said i couldn't stay in the same room, then they called back and said i could, then changed the price. it seemed very sloppy.

the hotel is meticulously maintained , very clean , and luxurious. the breakfast was really good , very calm and tasty once i arrived.
the gym is quite small and has an attendant. the attendant follows you around , correcting you if you don't do something correctly.

the buffet breakfast was magnificent. prawn, squid, and fish dishes were on offer. mini hamburgers were a fun start to the day. the atrium is a beautifully light space for the first meal of the day. the staff was perfect, efficient, and knowledgeable.
room service quality was poor for a high-end hotel. the menu did not offer many choices, and it seemed bland. there were plenty of bathroom amenities, but the mini bar fridge fell short. there were not many non-alcoholic drinks or milk.
