spacious room clean room subway access great view
i found the room spacious and clean. it accommodated our group well with three beds prepared. a 24-hour market is conveniently located inside. a subway station is accessible right beneath the structure. i also enjoyed the view overlooking the nearby park..
the customer service felt subpar when compared to other places i stayed before. i also noticed many stairs at the basement level. it is not accessible for strollers or wheelchairs.

the gym has equipment that appears brand new and well-appointed, including dumbbells up to 40kg. extensive cardio, weight, and cable machines are available to guests. the rooftop view overlooking the skyline is also a standout feature here.

the staff provided the best possible customer service. one staff member, nuna, at club access was amazing. she provided consistently great service. the hotel also offers a shuttle bus with multiple services per hour, a benefit.

the regency lounge has breakfast from 7-10am with vegetarian options. a cocktail hour at the lounge runs daily from 5:30 until 7:30. it offers drinks, chocolates, and cookies all day. the breakfast was really good..

excellent hotel experience
large luggage clean room
The hotel rooms were spacious enough. large luggage could be open throughout the entire trip. the bathrooms were also spacious. The room was clean. i was able to check in with no issues with the front desk at midnight!
the hotel rooms felt outdated and needed updates. i heard some banging noises during the day, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere.

a subway stop entrance is in the building complex underground. this connects to the underground passageways to the station. it made walking around in the cold weather much more pleasant!

I appreciated the spacious rooms. the staff demonstrated attentiveness. i found the location convenient with its proximity to shinjuku station. i enjoyed the well equipped hotel gym. It had a lot of machines.
the breakfast options in the lounge was not as varied as expected.
