i found the room spacious and clean. it accommodated our group well with three beds prepared. a 24-hour market is conveniently located inside. a subway station is accessible right beneath the structure. i also enjoyed the view overlooking the nearby park..
the customer service felt subpar when compared to other places i stayed before. i also noticed many stairs at the basement level. it is not accessible for strollers or wheelchairs.

the gym has equipment that appears brand new and well-appointed, including dumbbells up to 40kg. extensive cardio, weight, and cable machines are available to guests. the rooftop view overlooking the skyline is also a standout feature here.

the staff provided the best possible customer service. one staff member, nuna, at club access was amazing. she provided consistently great service. the hotel also offers a shuttle bus with multiple services per hour, a benefit.

The hotel rooms were spacious enough. large luggage could be open throughout the entire trip. the bathrooms were also spacious. The room was clean. i was able to check in with no issues with the front desk at midnight!
the hotel rooms felt outdated and needed updates. i heard some banging noises during the day, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere.
