the room was very spacious and comfy. the location is definitely a plus, very central to everything i wanted to see. staff was nice and the bar in the foyer was such a nice touch.

the light in the bathroom turned off by itself when i was taking a shower. this made it a bit difficult for me as it get really dark.

the location is fantastic because it's central to everything. bus stops are near, this made getting to the alhambra very easy. restaurants and shops are all around the hotel, too.

the hotel's location was acceptable it allowed easy access to nearby attractions

the room's cleanliness was subpar the carpet was stained and gave an unclean impression. the bathroom had issues light malfunctioned and the air conditioning was not effective. staff responses to these concerns were not fully truthful adding to my disappointment

The location was very great. It was close to restaurants and historical sites. The coffee provided in the room tasted actually quite good.

Parking proved difficult upon arrival. Both nearby parking facilities was full. It required us to park some distance away.

The bathroom presented problems. The shower's temperature was inconsistent. It fluctuated from hot to cold without warning. The television was also an issue. The limited channels were frustrating, especially since the promised streaming services did not work. I found these issues very annoying.

i had a really nice room with a big, sliding window , which was great. the modern style and spaciousness of the room were also fantastic. the bathroom was also very nice , with modern fixtures and plenty of space.

the breakfast was not great , i asked for a taxi to nerja and they quoted 180 euros when i got one in the city center for 126 euros.
