underwhelming experience

burned octopus poor breakfast

the location was acceptable with the beach relatively nearby.

The food was quite disappointing. i ordered octopus for dinner, but it came out completely burned. they replaced it, but the second attempt wasn't much better. breakfast was also lackluster. The eggs were either undercooked or dry throughout my five-day stay.

a good getaway!

attentive staff comfortable pillows super clean housekeeping welcome addition

the staff displayed tremendous attentiveness. they promptly delivered breakfast to my room at 05:45 one sunday. the room featured excellent lighting and a lovely bed with comfortable pillows. housekeeping kept everything super clean. i found the outdoor space a welcome addition.

I noticed a very slight inconsistency in the wifi signal in certain areas of the garden. it didn't greatly disrupt my stay. it did present a minor inconvenience during a video call.

Breakfast offered many options, including a variety of fruits and berries. different types of coffees were available. i appreciated the availability of hot dishes prepared a-la-carte and the inclusion of cava.

the room had a very nice design. i booked a beautiful bungalow and it was spacious. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The gym is small. It has only one treadmill.

I found the staff friendly. The breakfast buffet was good (I especially liked the fresh fruit). The garden was maintained wonderfully. The pool area was clean. I also appreciated the convenient location with amenities nearby. There was enough parking on site for all guests.

warm staff luggage assistance room upgrade anniversary gift

The reception staff welcomed us warmly. they quickly carried our luggage to the bungalow despite heavy rain. i received an upgrade from a hotel room to a bungalow. the staff surprised us with a cake and wine for our anniversary. A lovely handwritten note accompanied this nice gift.

the gym was very small and some machines were not working properly.

i visited with my friend for a relaxed getaway. we received an upgrade to a boho garden bungalow. i loved the cool design and the music in the rooms!!! we had a delicious dinner in the restaurant with a great vibe and dj.

the gym equipment needs some upgrading.

my family and i stayed in a two bedroom bungalow. the service were great with good attention to details. bernie's pool bar were amazing, facundo make it extra special. facundo delivered everything with a smile.

the gym need some attention and better update, so i didnt go. the area is quite neglected.
