fantastic stay!
wide range excellent facilities
i really enjoyed the wide range of food and drink options available. the facilities were excellent and added so much to my overall experience. everything was well organised and thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. the hotel was attentive from start to finish.
the pools are not chlorinated properly. this seemed to lead to a lot of sickness . i did see some pool closures because of this issue.

The hotel provides a diverse culinary experience. Five-course meals are offered at the lovely a la carte restaurants. many different tastes are catered for at the hotel. drinks are available at anytime.

the hotel's location provides beautiful views of the sea. grounds are well kept. the hotel includes swimming pools. there is also a beach area.

The room was spacious and super clean!!! a mini bar was also included. It was topped up every day. staff checked in on my stay regularly. the staff would provide anything that was required.

fantastic stay!
food variety animation team helpful staff pool space
i enjoyed the wide variety of food available at every meal! the animation team was fantastic and kept guests entertained with activities all day. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, providing excellent service. the pools were well kept and offered plenty of space for swimming and relaxation!
the elevators experienced long waiting times, especially during peak hours. there are only three elevators for a nine-story building, which can be quite inconvenient at times.

our large family room had ample space, a comfortable king-size bed, and a separate seating area. the balcony offered nice views, and daily housekeeping ensured the room was always tidy! two complimentary bottles of water were provided each day.

the hotel had direct beach access with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available. a nearby supermarket offered a wide selection of snacks and drinks. a taxi rank outside provided easy transportation to local attractions!

The staff was attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Sevgi and gulbahar, the waiters, provided attentive service! the reception staff was efficient during check-in and check-out. gilbert provided excellent assistance throughout our stay!

i stayed in a large family room. it offered ample space for luggage storage. daily restocking of the fridge with beverages like beer, soft drinks, and water was helpful.
I noticed long wait times for the elevators. Only three serve a nine-story building.
