i stayed in a standard double or twin room land view it was clean the air conditioning worked well the housekeeping was excellent i also found plenty of choices with really tasty food the pool and beach were excellent with mini food bars and drinks available i also saw plenty of beach activities such as jet ski and volleyball.
the main bar area felt more like a hotel reception at night i wanted another bar area there also were no tvs where i could watch any sport i was hoping to find a starbucks but it was a nescafé outlet.

the snack bar had varied and tasty food i especially liked they offered options suitable for picky children it was easy to find a table in the restaurant without any trouble at all.

the staff were consistently friendly and helpful they always seemed to do their best the cold drinks were easily accessible all over the hotel it was never far to the nearest bar they served the soft drinks in glass bottles.

the hotel is conveniently located it is only about a 15 to 35 minute taxi ride from the airport depending on traffic the pool area suited our needs well the kids enjoyed themselves the lifeguards were present both at the pools and on the beach.

I stayed seven nights and found the grounds very well-kept. The buffet offered numerous options. The chefs accommodated dietary needs well. There was always a selection of fresh fruit available and the staff worked hard to keep everything clean. The waiters on roller skates provided quick service around the pool area.
The air conditioning was not activated early in the season so the room felt warm at times. I did receive a fan after asking several times and that helped. The process to get a fan took longer than expected

The room included a mini-bar restocked daily with water and soft drinks. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and provided fresh towels. The air conditioning worked very effectively once it was activated.
