central luxury with good surprises

The check-in included a glass of prosecco, which i found to be a very nice touch. i got a room overlooking the patriarchal cathedral. It added a cultural feel to my stay. the ground-floor bar impressed me with its cocktails. I even considered becoming a cocktail critic after trying the japanese negroni (that's how good it was!).
the staff wasn't very helpful when i asked about local attractions, and they seemed uninterested in providing recommendations.

the rooms have been recently renovated, i noticed and appreciate the beautiful design. a walk-in shower is included, a feature i always look for. big windows bring in plenty of light, which i found pleasing.

staff members are friendly and courteous, i noticed this. the valet parking attendant displayed a helpful attitude, ready to assist. the breakfast staff provided attentive service, always ensuring my coffee was refilled, i appreciated that.

The hotel is centrally located. This made it easy for me to walk to many attractions. several restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. access to public transportation is convenient, facilitating travel throughout the area.
