the hotel had a beachfront that was nice.
The service was awful THERE at the restaurant. I waited a long time for my pizza. after i told the staff it was missing, i waited another 20 minutes. no one even apologized for the wait, and i left without dinner IT was very frustrating.

i was really looking forward to some good coffee at breakfast, but the lines for the two coffee machines were ridiculous (i think i waited almost ten minutes one morning). it definitely started my day off on the wrong foot. also, while the rooms were spacious and well kept, the overall vibe of the place felt a little... blah. it just didn't have that extra something to.

the beach was very accessible from the hotel. i found it easy to come and go as i wanted. quiet surroundings allowed restful sleep after a good dinner. the staff members were nice and always available for assistance. i found it convenient to have the beach so close.
i noticed some minor wear in the bathroom fixtures, it didnt cause problems though.

I loved the hotel's direct beach access. The views of the ocean were amazing. The staff proved helpful, always ensuring we felt cared for. This family-friendly resort offered an amazing, tender experience.
i noticed just a VERY slight imperfection in the bathroom's finishing.

poor qualityinflexible staff
The breakfast was disappointing. the quality of the food felt low, and i often had to wait because only one chef prepared eggs for the entire resort. i asked for a fresh coconut one morning, but staff denied my request since the bar did not open until later. It seemed inflexible. also, i noticed a lack of staff when i needed simple things like cutlery, it seemed like i was always searching.
