quiet retreat with great amenities

i found the location to be very peaceful it was a short distance from the main attractions. the staff provided a free shuttle to the main areas which i used frequently. the pool and gardens were well maintained it gave a relaxing atmosphere .
the gym equipment was a bit outdated.

the restaurant offered well priced options plus the food tasted quite good. i found the restaurant service available even during rainy weather. nearby i noticed several restaurants and a 7/11.

the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the beach and shopping area. i discovered the staff were very attentive to my needs . they were pretty good too ensure my stay was nice.

my room was spacious it included daily water refills. the room was clean with provided amenities plus it felt cozy. i found the limestone cliffs view from the room to be very nice.

i enjoyed the quiet pool area it was easy to relax there during the day. the jungle atmosphere was wonderful i liked the bird sounds in the mornings. i also appreciated being within walking distance of restaurants and shops!
the wifi was not very good it was hard to use and the tv would not connect at all! only shampoo was available in the bathroom i would have liked shower gel too. one afternoon the shower water shut off i wish there had been a warning!

i loved the pretty landscaping, reminded me of i was in a secluded place. clean room was nice with great hot water pressure. i found a beautiful pool there. it was well maintained.
room floor was wood and very slippery. it was something i noticed. it could use some grip or a rug. it was a small worry.
