the rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel had shuttle buses to the beach every few hours. laundry service was fast and cheap, costing 60b/kg.

there was no staff assistance with luggage from the car to the lobby. the room lacked a telephone to contact reception, a considerable distance away. the provided iron and kettle seemed to be of cheap quality, affecting the experience.

i found the location to be very peaceful it was a short distance from the main attractions. the staff provided a free shuttle to the main areas which i used frequently. the pool and gardens were well maintained it gave a relaxing atmosphere .

the gym equipment looked a bit outdated.

i enjoyed the quiet pool area it was easy to relax there during the day. the jungle atmosphere was wonderful i liked the bird sounds in the mornings. i also appreciated being within walking distance of restaurants and shops!

the wifi was not very good it was hard to use and the tv would not connect at all! only shampoo was available in the bathroom i would have liked shower gel too. one afternoon the shower water shut off i wish there had been a warning!

i loved the pretty landscaping, was like i was in a secluded place. clean room was nice with great hot water pressure. i found a beautiful pool there. it was well maintained.

room floor was wood and very slippery. it was something i noticed. it could use some grip or a rug. it was a small worry.
