the hotel staff was friendly enough, i suppose. the beach was there, and it was sandy.
let me tell you, the room service was something else. i tried ordering food with that qr code thing, and what a joke. i waited a solid hour after scanning the stupid code, then i had to call to remind them about my order. it's like the system doesn't even work, or maybe they are just ignoring it. either way, i wasn't impressed.

inadequate cleaningloud air conditioning
the rooms weren't exactly super clean, and i found some hairs that weren't mine in the bathroom. it felt a bit like they skimped on the cleaning, especially for a place that claims to be fancy. also, the air conditioning was so loud it kept me awake, and the thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own. its a pity, especially the thermostat problem, bathroom hairs
