I enjoyed the fresh fruit at breakfast. there was a wide variety available. the staff who drove the golf carts were always prompt and helpful. We never had to wait long. the two pool areas were relaxing, filled with many flowers and trees. the location was quite convenient to the beach.
The air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy. this made it a little difficult to sleep at times. the towels felt old and were not very absorbent, a bit disappointing after a shower. there wasn't enough natural light in the room. It felt a little dark.

The breakfast offered a great variety, including many fruits and food options suitable both for adults and children. the pools were lovely and i noticed that children spend much of their time there. the location is near the market and the beach is close too. It's a really convenient spot.
the damp smell in my room was very strong and i found the air conditioning to not work properly. it was quite disappointing the humidity was so high that water ran down the walls. this issue went unnoticed and no action was taken.

my room included free water bottles, which i found were always available and useful. the beds and pillows were comfortable, a big plus after a long day. the room was generally clean, and pool towels were provided.

The pools are beautiful and seemed clean. I seen the loungers were always available for guest use. the hotel provides beach towels, that i found very practical. the grounds included nice trees and landscaping.

i finded the staff were friendly and accommodating, always wearing a smile. i saw that the women working the night shift were particularly helpful to guest. i noticed that they always provide help with any request.

the hotel sits close to many restaurants and the beach, an advantage for exploring. i seen that the hotel is near shops and supermarkets, that simplifies shopping. transportation options are easily accessible from the hotel.

breakfast had a really good spread, i thinked its worth the money spent. the breakfast included both local and international options, a good variety. i noticed fresh fruit, yogurts, and pastries were available.
