fantastic stay!
tennis facilities comfortable bed clean room
i really loved the gym and the tennis facilities (i even tried padel for the first time!). the bed was super comfortable. the room was very clean and modern. i found everything to be very chique and luxurious.
The location is slightly remote. It requires a bit of travel to reach the main attractions.

the staff were always going out of their way to ensure i enjoyed my stay. they helped me change rooms immediately when i asked, because my initial room was near building work. the service felt very personalized and efficient.

the breakfast had a great selection, especially the pastries. the breakfast buffet had many choices. food was constantly replenished, ensuring fresh options were always available (the fruit selection was great too!).

The gym was great. It had everything i needed for my workouts.
housekeeping needs improvement overall cleanliness was really bad. floors and the toilet were not cleaned properly. toilet paper was not refilled.

clean acceptable shower missing discount old towels
the room was clean and the shower was acceptable.
i was frustrated because the promised discount at the pool bar was not applied. the old towels were also a letdown, and i felt water wasn't enough.

excellent facilities and service
modern gym tennis courts
The gym is spacious and has all needed equipment. it is clean and free for hotel guests. the tennis courts were a great addition. all staff members were friendly and helpful. the large king beds were comfortable. cleanliness was noticeable throughout the hotel. I enjoyed it. yummy food was available! the staff was very nice and polite. I appreciated it. i loved that it was not a busy hotel.
I found noise to be an issue. the walls seemed thin. I could hear everything. room doors were heavy, and their closing made a smashing noise. i could hear shouting in the hallways and outside the hotel so. I was often disturbed

i loved being able to stay on site during my tennis tournament. the tennis and gym facilities are excellent. my room was beautifully presented and comfortable. the staff was professional and always happy to help and store luggage.
the pool table requires payment even which i found slightly inconvenient
