The room, a Savoy Executive room terrace, was great. A balcony added extra space, it was nice. Housekeeping maintained everything well. The garden area, it was a real plus.
Their doors not open smoothly. I found it a bit alarming.

the room was fine, i stayed in a beautiful double room park view. the sweets were such a nice touch, as i found them waiting for my kids upon arrival. the bathroom has a tv with bose speakers, which my daughter loved (she really enjoyed taking baths!).

The spa and pool were great, especially the indoor and outdoor pools that connect. I saw that the building was recently refurbished to a high standard. there are multiple pools plus a jacuzzi available .

The staff was cute and helpful, from the concierge to the housekeeping team. They really went the extra mile to. i noticed that the staff was very courteous with all guests (amazing!).

The hotel is conveniently located for local transport, with a metro station right in front. It is a short walk to the lakeside, perfect for exploring the area. the hotel is also midway between the lake and the rail station.

i appreciated the room amenities, especially the separate shower and bath. i also liked the balcony with sun shade. the staff at the front desk and restaurant were very service oriented. the location is very close to the lake.
