central location great food friendly staff
the location worked very well for exploration. i found the restaurant connected to the hotel had great food and drinks available. staff are very friendly and helpful, i thought.
i found noise from the streets, especially trams passing by, somewhat noticeable.

tram noise expensive room
The noise was pretty bad. I could hear trams all night, they passed right by the window. the minibar wasn't very cold either, i expected more for the price i paid. the room service menu was also very expensive!

I really enjoy the complimentary minibar, it had a snack and drinks. the free public transport pass was great. the staff was friendly and cute, always ready to assist. i appreciate the chocolate and water received upon departure. It felt thoughtful.
there was sounds from the streets, especially from the trams.

the room was beautifully arranged, it also had very comfortable beds. breakfast was excellent, it included prosecco. the staff were very helpful, i appreciated that a lot.
The design in the rooms felt out of place. The shower leaked into the room. i also felt there wasn't enough space to hang towels, inconvenient.

this hotel is situated in a central location with easy access to various amenities. tram lines are conveniently located just outside the door, providing easy transportation. many restaurants and chocolate shops can be found nearby, too.

The staff was helpful. They accommodated my needs very well. The location is very good for seeing sights and shopping. I not sketchy at all!!!
The over-the-top modern design in the guest rooms did not fit my taste. Having the bath in the middle of the room is not very functional. The shower leaked into the room. This was annoying.

i found the location ideal it offered easy access to main attractions. the room provided ample space along with state-of-the-art facilities. the hotel's recent refurbishment created a smooth and comforting design throughout the premises.
the street was busy at times making it a bit noisy at night
