the location was PERFECT. the spa was wonderful. i will DEFINITELY be going back to this hotel.
actually the perfect hotel, super nice room and nice staff. and YET, we can never stay overnight in the hotel AGAIN because the mattresses in the rooms were covered with very high covers, very slippery and caused a lot of heat on the back.

my superior twin room was spacious. air conditioning worked effectively. a lovely turn down service occurred each evening. breakfast offered an really good experience with many options.
the hotel parking situation proved a bit difficult to navigate upon arrival. the spaces were limited, requiring a walk from a nearby public parking area.

the hotel provides easy access to the main attractions. guests can easily walk to many sites. it is only a short distance from the train station. it is a very quiet spot.

The location of this place is convenient.
I found the noise from the air conditioning disruptive at night. It cycled loudly every few minutes. Despite reporting this issue promptly, no action was taken . I believe some compensation should have been offered upon checkout, considering the sleepless nights I experienced.
