a tender istanbul escape
cute attitude priority cleanliness convenient location
Mrs. meriem at the reception had a cute and kind attitude. It was professional. her presence really stood out. the hotel ensures cleanliness is a priority throughout. the location allowed us easy access to nearby attractions, we loved to walk through the streets.
Sound isolation wasn't perfect. We could hear some street noise.

breakfast provided a varied selection of cheeses, sliced meats, and eggs. fresh pastries were available each morning, we enjoyed the coffee. the rooftop restaurant allowed us to admire city views while we dined, it was romantic.

tram stop nice restaurants great shower pressure
the location was near a tram stop and galata tower. lots of restaurants were nearby. the shower had great pressure, something i always appreciate after a long day of travel.
The staff was useless. They didn't seem to listen to or fulfill any requests.

The staff helped with the luggage after arrival it was acceptable
The noise isolation was poor I could hear street sounds all night. There was also a bad smell in the bathroom it was unpleasant. The air conditioner did not work properly I was uncomfortable

clean room excellent location stylish vibe luggage storage
my room was quite clean, i liked that. the location is excellent for exploring the area on foot. the overall vibe felt stylish and vibrant. i appreciated the available luggage storage.
the street outside was crowded, it was noisy at times.
