Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service

The riad's décor is fine. The indoor pool and rooftop loungers were a welcome treat after exploring the city. The staff ensured all my needs were met (they booked airport transfers). The breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot food.
The water pipes took a long time for water to run warm.

The staff was very attentive, always ready to help with transportation and restaurant recommendations. They provided a warm welcome with mint tea and ensured a nice visit for all guests, and were always smiling.

Breakfast included fresh juice, pastries, fruit, and eggs. The food was delicious, especially lunch on the rooftop terrace (I recommend it!). The breakfast was amazing (especially the pancakes!).

They arranged taxi services whenever i needed. The team provided sincere hospitality from the beginning. They were helpful with various requests.
The temperature of the water in the shower took a short while to become warm.

mixed feelings about the stay

small room questionable cleanliness
The AC in the room was effective.
The pool was more like a large puddle. Its cleanliness was questionable as I saw cleaning water dumped there. Our room, the sharaf suite, felt cramped, especially with two suitcases. i also noticed delayed hot water, so you wait.
