The team provided great support.. especially when arranging taxis. Breakfast had both outdoor and indoor seating. The location suited me as it was a short ride to Bo Zin.

The riad had a VERY large swimming pool. The cleaning of the pool was done daily. The staff greeted guests with smiles and were helpful.
the ROOM was old and in need of maintenance. The tv did not work. The shower temperature changed randomly.

uneven experience with some significant drawbacks
limited breakfastwasp honey
the breakfast was a real letdown. there was fresh moroccan bread, but that was about it. honey with wasps was the only option available, and there were no cheeses, olives, jams, or salads. i had to ask for these items, and they weren't offered as a standard part of the breakfast spread. this poor variety made mornings less enjoyable.

the riad has a big swimming pool. i found mornings and afternoons relaxing. patric, oumayma, khaled, and fatima were attentive to my needs. it was convenient to travel with family here.
i found the condition of the room to be subpar. i saw a big dead spider on the wall upon arrival. the furniture was of low quality. there was no trash can in the room.

The staff provides excellent service. They were very attentive. their service includes laundry, ironing, and hair drying. i was pleased with how they handled every request. i also found the staff very smiley.

the staff were attentive. they gave advice about local attractions. the pool area included a gorgeous setting and plenty of space to relax. the on site hammam spa was a amazing bonus for relaxation.
the room felt old. it needed a maintenance check. the shower went from cold to very hot unexpectedly. all furniture and appliances looked outdated to me.
