The room was spacious. It had everything I needed. I also found the bed very comfortable. The hotel staff provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. I was particularly grateful for this service. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive.

There was only a shower top in the bath and not a separate shower.

The breakfast is great. There are many options available, and I always found something I liked. The hotel offered free shuttle transport, and it was useful for getting to and from the train station. My room was large, and I had mountain views from each window.

The staff did not know where the bus stops were, and I needed directions. The desk manager behaved rude at times.

the room was big and clean, the bed sheet felt really comfortable! the ceiling was also very high. hotel staff were very friendly and professional. the toilet was clean too!

The quality of our room was not what i expected. It was very different from the quality of the public areas. i saw paint peeling off the wall, with huge cracks. there were very few plug sockets too.
