surprised with my experience

i found breakfast GOOD and plentiful. The hotel gave us free tickets for local buses AND the cable car. i used the bus stop just outside the front door to travel around.

i found outlets controlled by the ceiling light a weird SETUP. i use a CPAP machine to help my sleep, so this caused issues. after i turned off the light, the machine was not powered.

i dined at the hotel restaurant, Ricardo's, and it proved to be excellent. A friendly bar staff WORKS there. i particularly enjoyed the pizza and pasta options as they offered choices appropriate for those with gluten intolerance.

the location was perfect i could easily access the lake and shops the bar and restaurant downstairs were convenient i did not hear any outside noise in my room i found it well-isolated. the reception team was efficient and helpful

the absence of air conditioning in the room was a problem because the room became too hot i found it difficult to sleep comfortably and would recommend the hotel consider adding air conditioning.

this hotel was a good choice. my room got cleaned, and i got fresh towels every day. the location next to coop helped. i got the pizza from downstairs and took it to my room.

i found the shower drainage was not good, and i think it needs some repairs.

I found the breakfast excellent. The staff was very accommodating to my needs. It was snowing. THE staff allowed us to stay an extra two hours in the room after check-out time to wait for our taxi.

I was informed prior to our stay that the restaurant had some issues with a leak. I did not mind this being out of action. HOWEVER, upon arrival, I had to walk down a tiny hallway. A lady who seemed disinterested handed me keys and promptly left with her dog, leaving no reception available.

The staff were friendly and helpful . The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station. I also appreciated the on-site pizzeria. It made getting dinner very easy. The included breakfast was a definite plus.

The shower lacked a shower cap and extra toiletries.
