the staff was really nice especially grace and mang. the place is really GREAT. we liked our stay there. we thank all the staff.
laundry service was not what was advertised. i wished to have clothes washed, as advertised, to receive back the following day, but there was no hotel service. it would take two days. this was NOT GOOD. in trying to organise transport from the airport to the hotel it took three days of back and forth emails.

I totally loved the super clean room. It was so beautifully designed! the bed was one of the best i've ever had, seriously! breakfast each morning was excellent too. i found the rooftop pool area peaceful, with views and a relaxing vibe.
