mixed feelings about my stay

slow service loud music
the staff wasn't particularly helpful. i asked for an extra towel, and it took three calls and almost an hour to get it. the rooftop pool looks great in pictures, but the music was so loud that relaxing was impossible. (i was like i was at a club, not a resort.)

lovely jacuzzi rooftop pool polite staff
I stayed in a SIS-Double or Twin Spa Bath. The jacuzzi on the balcony was lovely! I also enjoyed out-of-this-world views from the rooftop pool. The staff was polite and very helpful at all times.
The security parking assistance was a little overwhelmed. There was no suitable parking available. The reaction was rather arrogant and very impolite.
