Really good hospitality in the city center

quick arrangement email response special rhythm engaging manager
I received an email about a room upgrade upon arrival. The manager quickly arranged an extra bed when I requested two single beds. The hotel has a special rhythm watching airline crews during their morning routines. I found the manager engaging with guests and open to feedback.
The rooftop bar music was loud one night, audible from my room.

Excellent Rooftop and Hospitable Staff

I had drinks at the rooftop bar, and the cocktails were fantastic! The rooftop boasts fine views, with exemplary service by the staff. I experienced great music. The hotel staff were great too fix a minor bed setup issue.
The gym could use some new equipment.

The breakfast offered a great variety of food choices. I didn't need lunch. The meals looked magical and tasted delicious, a very pleasant surprise. vegan and gluten-free options are provided for those with dietary restrictions.

The front desk team. Very efficient. The staff provided a toy, helping with our jetlagged child, that was a good decision. The team always offered warm hospitality with smiling faces.
