attentive bartender passionate service professional service

i found yoon, the supervisor bartender at the atrium lounge, was very attentive. he showed real passion as he helped my friends and me. he offered professional service and answered all our questions. i remember him working earlier at the rooftop bar.

the air conditioning was not strong. it struggled to cool my large room to 23 degrees.

I found the gym area excellent with every piece of equipment. Breakfast was a great experience. The location is ideal, nearby the Sunday market.

I noticed the pool area could benefit from some updates.

The fitness club provides good equipment for workout routines and fitness enthusiasts, meeting needs with its wide range of machines. The swimming pool is around 15 meters in length, not very deep, where sunbathing is possible.

The front desk staff are very helpful and provide quick responses. I must add that the staff are friendly, and the cleaning service is thorough. Any issues were addressed immediately, often within minutes.

The location is excellent with close access to the Old Town, a bus stop to various beaches, and the bus station, all very convenient. Supermarkets and local markets are also close.

spacious room clean room slow check-in understaffed reception

i found the room to be big and spacious. it was also very clean. the staff were all lovely and the check in experience was quick and easy after a long day traveling.

the check in process was really slow. the reception area seemed understaffed. we were supposed to check in at 2pm, but it wasn't until 3:30 pm that we got in.
