lovely experience near prado
excellent location friendly staff renovated room
the location was excellent, just a short walk to the national museum of prado (perfect for art enthusiasts like me!). i found the staff very friendly and accommodating. my superior room was well renovated, and i especially liked that it was kept very clean .
i was a bit disappointed that the gym was smaller than i expected. it only had a few cardio machines and some free weights. i would have liked a greater variety of equipment for a more complete workout.

poor cleaning overcrowded breakfast room
I found some issues . The room was not properly cleaned on several occasions. I also found the noise level in the breakfast room unacceptable. It was difficult to have a peaceful meal. The sound of dishes and loud table clearing was quite disruptive. The breakfast room felt very small and often overcrowded, a drawback.

i found some issues i must address. the tv stand was situated very close to the bed i often bumped into it when going to the bathroom. breakfast was quite busy it was sometimes necessary to wait for an available table.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated that the hotel location allowed easy access to the city center. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices, I enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. The room was clean and well-kept.
The gym was quite small, it only had a limited selection of equipment.

extra spa cost cold bath
i had a few issues. The spa costs extra. i think this should be clearer before arrival. the massage seemed like just a light touch. the hot tub was not even warm. i feel paying extra for it was not worth it.
