busy breakfasttv stand
i found some issues i must address. the tv stand was situated very close to the bed i often bumped into it when going to the bathroom. breakfast was quite busy it was sometimes necessary to wait for an available table.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated that the hotel location allowed easy access to the city center. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices, I enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. The room was clean and well-kept.
The gym was quite small, it only had a limited selection of equipment.

extra spa costcold bath
i had a few issues. The spa costs extra. i think this should be clearer before arrival. the massage was like just a light touch. the hot tub was not even warm. i feel paying extra for it was not worth it.

My room felt a bit stuffy, though the location was advantageous. I found an open plug with exposed wires under the bathroom sink. The hallways had a strange smell and the hotel generally needed some updates, though the location was advantageous.
