FANTASTIC Experience!

magical beaches dj entertainment friendly staff

The resort is beautiful!! The beaches were MAGICAL. Live performances and DJ entertainment occurred nightly. This was a GREAT addition. The staff members were friendly and helpful, always. Tatiana stood out. She checked in with us often and gave helpful tips. Every staff member was great, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurants and bars!!

I wish I had been informed about ALL of the amenities at the hotel upon my arrival. I was told that there was an indoor pool, but I learned it came at an extra cost. The beds were not comfortable, and the room was far too hot. There were a LOT of mosquitos.

The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered many choices. The quality of food was AMAZING!!! The Solar Restaurant provided a great lunch option with fresh ingredients and a variety of dishes. Restaurant prices are high. This must be considered.

Our room was spacious and clean. The room had a double bed and a separate seating area. The bathroom included a shower and complimentary toiletries. The rooms offer garden views. This was quite relaxing.

Staff members were attentive and helpful. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean and well-stocked. The front desk staff promptly addressed all inquiries. Tatiana from guest relations provided really good support throughout my stay.

The pool was large, with plenty of sunbeds available. This allowed guests to relax comfortably. The resort has a spa that provides treatments, though I did not use it. A gym offers equipment and views of the pool area. The beach shuttle was quite convenient.

The resort has a location near the beach. The walk to the beach is short, or the buggy service is an option. The resort is about a 30-minute walk into town. There are many coves with lovely beaches.
