breakfast choice rooftop pool super clean room faulty tv basic spa ceiling mold
the breakfast had great choice. the room was good and very super clean. the rooftop pool area was fantastic, i really enjoyed it.
The tv in the room did not work properly and kept turning on and off. i was hoping for some cozy time but it was not possible. the spa area was very basic and not well maintained.

The hotel location is fantastic. I found the staff helpful and efficient. The room had good space for luggage. The bathroom included two sinks, which I appreciated.
I noticed minor wear on some furniture corners, nothing MAJoR.

modern room efficient lighting blackout blind helpful staff
The room was very modern and had efficient lighting. a blackout blind operated quietly. the electric button alerted cleaners when the room needed service. the rooftop pool offered a relaxing escape. i found the staff helpful. They promptly addressed all inquiries with a smile.
the gym was quite small, limiting workout options.

convenient location great selection unfriendly staff long wait
The location was convenient. It was within walking distance of the city center. the airport bus stop was nearby. I found the room spacious, and the breakfast offered a great selection of foods.
The reception staff seemed a bit unfriendly. They were not willing to help us. I had to wait 30 minutes for an iron one evening. I had to ask again for it.

unfriendly staff early bar
i requested a double room , but got twin beds. IT was annoying. the bar closed early one night. reception staff were unfriendly and not helpful.
