a decent experience
high price tacky curtain
the rooftop bar has views of the cathedral. i could store luggage at reception because my flight was later, this was so convenient. i was able to book a room with showers to freshen up, this meant i could use the pool longer.
the room cleaning seems not great. i see dust and dirt. i was expecting more drinks. the bed is stiff and the pillows feel uncomfortable to me. the curtains are tacky.

not quite the four stars i expected
street noise soundproofing issues
the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options.
my room was far from quiet i'm a light sleeper the noise from the street was constant even with earplugs. the room was located near the lifts the balcony overlooked the main street it wasn't the relaxing getaway i had hoped for! the staff should consider soundproofing those rooms it would make a big difference.

lovely getaway
junior suite nice balcony easy stroll
i felt so welcomed. we had a junior suite and it was great. i noticed it had so much space. it had a nice balcony, and it was very comfortable. we really appreciated that its super close to calle el born and that it was an easy stroll down to the marina.
i was really disappointed in the check-in experience. i got there at 10:30 a.m. the person at the reception clearly said check-in is at 3 p.m. i think they could have checked sooner since we waited all day.

This place feature two pools, including one on the rooftop. Guests can enjoy drinks and snacks at both locations. the rooftop also presents some grandiose views to remember for a lifetime, and the ground floor is very relaxing. there are also not many sunbeds, though.

location is so perfect, i love it. it's central for all attractions, close to so many walks, and near good bars and restaurants. everything is close enough to just walk, and the scenery is fine. it is great to stroll down there.

The breakfast had many options, i really liked it. i enjoyed the good quality produce they offered. there is a nice italian restaurant just a few doors down. It is worth checking it out. i would come back to experience it once again.

central location very nice staff beautiful room
the location was central. the staff showed very nice kindness (i felt very cared for). the beautiful double or twin room proved the nicest i have experienced on my travels through europe. i particularly adored the pool area.
the reception team could improve overall. one person, in particular, discouraged me from returning. it was such a shame.

the room included a comfortable bed and a spacious shower area. complimentary toiletries from rituals added a luxurious touch. i really felt pampered in the meticulously kept, well-equipped space.

a few letdowns
tacky design mediocre cleaning
the hotel's location was acceptable as it was close to many shops and restaurants.
My room's design felt tacky compared to the photos i saw online. Cleaning was mediocre. there was dust around the room and the shower drain felt loose. mini bar prices seemed very high for the limited amount of drinks available.

The breakfast buffet offered a great choice of items and fresh options. It was a great start to the day.
The elevators were quite slow. There were only two for the entire hotel and it led to frequent waits especially during peak hours, this was frustrating when trying to get to the rooftop pool.
