stocked minibar short flex
The staff were really helpful and friendly. I have no complaints.
the room i had was not acceptable. the minibar was not stocked. the electric sockets were too near the skirting board, and the kettle had a short flex. this meant i had to put the kettle on the floor, a hazard.

a tender escape
inviting pools quiet cove super clean rooms fluffy towels
the hotel had several pools, each more inviting than the last. a little cove near the sea offered quiet moments. rooms were super clean, a testament to great care. the fluffy towels added a touch of gentle luxury.
i noticed the gym equipment looked a bit old.

there were water fill up points on each floor, very useful. i spotted three pools and lush vegetation created a beautiful environment, very nice. tennis was available.

the room included tea and coffee making facilities, which i appreciate. beach towels were in the room. the room had a balcony and sea view, giving us lovely moments. armchairs were comfy.

the staff was very friendly. breakfast included an egg station with omelets. the family who run the hotel created an experience, something rare to find. i will remember them.

a magical stay
family atmosphere waiter service daily adventure amazing spa
I found such charm in every corner. the family atmosphere was so cute. i loved the waiter service. It felt special. every day was like a little adventure, exploring the tunnels and discovering new spots. the spa was amazing. i just cannot wait to return!
i noticed that some of the furnishings seemed a little dated.

There are options for the beach and pool. shower and wc facilities exist near the beach and pool areas. the hotel has water stations on the landings. there is a lifeguard at the pool. This felt very reassuring.

the room included comfy beds with a choice of pillows and lovely bedding. good quality toiletries are provided, together with bathrobes and slippers. beach towels are provided too. wardrobes provide hanging space, hangers, several drawers, and a safe.

fresh fruit egg station fluffy towels old fashioned style hot air rude lady
i liked the breakfast a lot it had fresh fruit pastries and an egg station. i used the spa and the tennis court too it was nice. i found lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom and pool towels in the room along with a bag to carry them.
the hotel is quite old fashioned it gave me the impression of no refurbishments. the air conditioning blew hot air it was not good. when i complained the lady at reception was rude she told me to just turn it off.

amazing stay!
beach facilities buffet breakfast nightly entertainment personal touch
i spotted this gem online and just had to book it! i kicked off my days with the buffet breakfast on the garden terrace near the pool, and yoga by the beach killed it. the beach setups were so fine! nightly entertainment included singers and musicians, so there was always something fun to do. the owner even came over for a chat during one of our dinners, such a nice touch.
The air conditioning seemed a bit outdated. It wasn't as powerful as i hoped for such a nice place.

the room was clean with crisp white sheets and plenty of space for our belongings, and housekeeping did an excellent job daily. the bathroom had enough towels and toiletries, so we were covered for our entire stay..

Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh produce, and eggs were cooked to order. I loved that. we dined at both restaurants. The beachside one had a superb atmosphere and the main restaurant had great service, offering very special moments.

the reception team speaks many languages and they are always ready to help and offer solutions. the staff go the extra mile to ensure guests have a good time. i especially appreciated how attentive and friendly everyone was.
