the rooms were satisfactory, and the location was acceptable being near bus stops.
The staff was quite rude. they interrupted my phone call in the lobby, forcing me outside. despite calling housekeeping three times for an iron, it never arrived. the staff offered no apology. They acted as if i was mistaken. i won't stay here again.

I was charmed by several aspects of the hotel. the rooftop pool provided a wonderful escape with a cool vibe. It offered limited, clean space. the hydrotherapy treatment at the spa created a nice and relaxing experience. staff kindness stood out, especially the lovely barman pedro, he enhanced our visit greatly. the location suited me since it was close to everything.
i found water dripping noises occasionally, even when the shower remained off, somewhat inconvenient.

The room was spacious and well appointed. It provided comfortable lodging for the duration of the stay. the cleanliness was really good. All areas was very well maintained. i was pleased with the room's overall condition and size.

The hotel included an upstairs bar. It had an inviting atmosphere and served a good variety of drinks. the gym looked well equipped and provided multiple options for exercising. bike rental near the hotel offered an easy option for exploring the local area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They addressed requests quickly. the check-in process worked smoothly and efficiently. assistance with luggage was promptly offered. It made arrival and departure easy. i found everyone professional and attentive.

The hotel had a great location, nearby were both the beach and the city center. it was an easy walk to bus stops. Efficient service was readily available. getting to the airport was also simple and quick. the harbor was very close.

The hotel's location between the airport and the city was convenient, a key reason i chose it. an early check-in allowed me immediate access to the lounge on the 3rd floor. this lounge became a central point. I watched the sunset over the bay and enjoyed the drinks and snacks provided.
the breakfast omelette was good, but pancakes were not, just a minor point.
