the location is like an oasis near a busy area. i appreciated the fine beach nearby. the food was excellent for both breakfast and lunch at the beach club. i recommend securing a room with a sea view because it enhances the experience

The location was fabulous. The hotel is right on the beach! the breakfast buffet offered a very wide selection of items and was quite lovely. the staff were helpful and very nice, they always were really nice too assist.

I found the city view from my room to be somewhat underwhelming. It overlooked caged apartments across the way.

My room had a good size and included a sea view. it was clean and offered comfortable beds. Constant linen changes were provided. the rooms were quiet allowing for relaxation after a day at the beach.

The staff was friendly. They were attentive and always ready to help with any request. maria, ana, and delia were responsive and proactive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. aroa at the front desk also offered Excellent assistance.

the thermal spa area was wonderful, it gave a relaxing experience. the beach had a great sandy bottom perfect for swimming. sunbeds are available on the terrace, offering a spot to enjoy the sea views.

The staff was generally helpful and polite. i found the direct beach access particularly convenient. a taxi ride to the city center was quick. It took about fifteen minutes. i enjoyed having several restaurants within walking distance.

the hallway carpeting looked a bit worn in some areas, which detracted slightly from the otherwise luxurious feel.
