the breakfast included many options (i especially liked the fresh ginger shot). the spa area was relaxing and enjoyable after a long day of walking.
my room felt a bit too old fashioned. also, my key card got blocked in the morning, and i had to go back to the reception twice.

I found the staff quite hospitable . the room was clean, and that was important to me. breakfast had crispy bacon, which i always appreciate. Location was ideal since i needed to be near the central bus station.
the room was terribly small with a window to a light shaft. the carpet seemed old. i felt it was more than double the price for a similar room.

the hotel is just across from the central station and a couple of minutes from the beautiful garden. many trams are nearby, and you can easily walk to major pedestrian areas, very convenient for exploring the city.

reception staff are friendly, patient, and accommodating. they seemed helpful with directions. the housekeeping service provides daily thorough cleaning without unnecessary requests, which i liked, though the key card programming was a little faulty.

The location was indeed perfect, right by the train station, made getting around easy. breakfast had a good selection. I especially liked fresh fruit. my kids were really happy with the bunk beds (a big win for a family trip!).
i had a very small room and i could hear the neighbors talking sometimes.

The breakfast had much variety, and the location near the central station proved practical.
My room lacked air conditioning, a REAL disappointment during warmer weather. The noise from outside was persistent, particularly at night, and it interfered with sleep. The absence of a safe in the room added inconvenience, as I needed to carry valuables instead of securely storing them.
