overrated and pricey, i guess
swimsuit policylate check-in
My stay wasnt all smooth. the swimsuit policy is kinda ridiculous. They push you to buy their overpriced stuff. check-in was super late too, around 4 pm. for what you pay, i expect better timing and less nickel-and-diming, you know?

the spa facilities are fabulous. the staff were mostly helpful and generally good, it is though a self serve model as you're expected to know what's on offer. the treatments were really good and therapists were great.

mandatory swimwearlate check-in
I felt forced to buy their swimwear because it was mandatory. this wasn't mentioned when i booked, which i found really annoying. the swimsuits were expensive too, costing me extra money i didn't plan for. check-in was also very late, at 4pm. We wanted to start our spa day earlier. this combination of issues.
