excellent stay!
friendly staff breakfast variety heated floor
The staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast was excellent. I liked the variety of options available. the location is very convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the heated floor in the bathroom was AMAZING!!!
the room was slightly smaller than depicted in the photos, but it was still adequate for my needs.

i found the reception staff to be consistently polite and efficient, assisting with all requests promptly. the concierge service was particularly helpful in arranging transportation and providing local recommendations. every interaction reflected a commitment to guest satisfaction.

excellent breakfast european lobby specific time
I found breakfast to be excellent. there seemed a little strange system where staff wanted us to book a specific time for breakfast. the hotel has a huge lobby that is the longest in europe.
I heard a lot of sounds through the doors. It woke me up daily.

Consistent Quality Near Liseberg
efficient staff convenient location consistent quality
I have visited this hotel regularly since 2002 and its quality remains excellent. The staff are efficient they promptly address any issues. Liseberg is conveniently adjacent and the shops are within a 10 to 20 minute walk.
The hotel comprises three towers connected by walkways. Navigating between the room restaurants and spa proved disorienting.

The room was spacious and clean with two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was available in the bathroom offering a modern touch and ensuring efficient usage for multiple occupants. This helped streamline our morning routine.

old room unpleasant odor
the location worked for the ice hockey tournament at the scandinavium.
the room felt old and not clean enough. i asked for a more thorough cleaning but it wasn't satisfactory. the hallway lacked cleanliness and had an unpleasant odor.

early bird coffee great selection room temperature elevator wait
I appreciated the early bird coffee available from 4 a.m. (perfect for early departures). The breakfast had a great selection.
The room felt quite warm, and I could not adjust the temperature. There was also a long wait for the elevators at times.
